McAlester AAP is a government-owned/government-operated (GOGO) facility and the premier bomb loading facility for the Department of Defense (DOD). It is the only plastic bonded explosive (PBX) bomb loading facility in the U.S. capable of loading large and small quantities. Our products and services are available to other government agencies, defense contractors, and foreign allies.
