United States Coast Guard Station Gulfport was commissioned, at its current location, May 22, 2009. The station carries out its missions with two 41 foot Utility Boats, one 25 foot RB-S boats, and two 24 foot SPC-SW boat. Station Gulfport is host to three other commands, including two 87 foot patrol boats, USCGC RAZORBILL, USCGC POMPANO, and Aids to Navigation Team Gulfport.
