The mission of NAS Corpus Christi is to provide the best possible service and facilities for customers. The function is to maintain and operate facilities, provide service and material to support operations of aviation activities and units of the Naval Air Training Command and other tenant activities and units. As a training base, NAS Corpus Christi emphasizes basic flight maneuvering and traffic pattern operations.
