Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, is the home of the 366th Fighter Wing, which reports to Air Combat Command. The mission of the 366th FW is to develop and deploy combat ready Airmen; take care of Gunfighters; and protect and enhance our resources. The wing is comprised of four groups: the 366th Operations Group, 366th Maintenance Group, 366th Mission Support Group and 366th Medical Group.
