The mission of the Maryland Air National Guard is to provide air combat forces and theater airlift aircraft to America’s Unified Combatant Commands.
The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) fosters the vitality of aviation statewide and promotes safe and efficient operations, economic viability and environmental stewardship. Responsible for the operation of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall and Martin State airports, the MAA provides friendly, convenient facilities and customer services and develops enhanced domestic and international passenger and cargo opportunities through intermodalism and state-of-the-art technology.
